The referral form
A single form for all our specialities: the patient’s contact details, the reason for referral, the tooth concerned, X-rays and clinical comments. You receive an immediate acknowledgement of receipt, and the clinical report once care is complete.
Root canal treatment and endodontic retreatment under the microscope, apicectomies. Hôpital Kirchberg (HRS) and Luxembourg-Merl, by three practitioners working in endodontics only.
The Cone Beam (CBCT), the panoramic X-ray and the lateral cephalogram involve radiation. They are carried out by referral only, from a dentist or a doctor, who defines the area to be examined.

Speak to your regular dentist or your doctor: they decide whether an imaging examination is needed, which one, and on which area. They will then give you a referral.
